Everyone was very friendly and especially the physio was excellent, explained all the exercises that would help my back and neck . Looking forward to go again on my appointment .

Really quick and efficient service. Knowledgeable and friendly. Really out at ease.

The only thing that let it down was the toilet where you give the samples. The bin was over flowing and the environment felt unclean and old. It would be the icing on the cake if this had a revamp and felt clinically clean.

I gave these answers because I feel the team really cares about their patients, and the clinic is really tidy

I would like the reception team not to be aware of the diagnosis of the patients who enter the clinic or with whom doctor they have their appointment with.
On my last visit I heard the lady at the from desk saying ,,Who you’re seeing today..? Ohh ok,,. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable and realised she’s aware of my health status.
